AI hires for individuals and businesses
We build AI hires. Each one fills a whole role, the way your next hire would: it owns its area, remembers the context, handles the unexpected, and brings you only the decisions. Finished work instead of another dashboard, around the clock, for a fraction of one salary.
Built for you, not technicians. Nothing new to learn.

Short walkthroughs at real kinds of businesses: what lands on your phone, what your clients get, and the one question it asks you.
What actually gets built
Most software hands your people another screen to check. An AI hire owns its part of the business from start to finish and tells you when the work is done. Here are eight roles we fill most often. Tap the ones that fit your week:
Sales Coordinator
New enquiries get an instant, tailored reply, the company looked up, the details logged, and the deal handed to the right rep, before anyone sits at a desk.
Business Development Rep
It watches your whole pipeline, spots which opportunities are stalling and why, and re-opens each one with a message written for where it got stuck.
Bookkeeping Assistant
Receipts collected and filed, transactions matched, odd ones flagged with a reason, the month closed cleanly, and a plain-language take on what is owed and what is coming in.
Account Manager
It reads behaviour across your tools, scores who is quietly disengaging, and hands you the save play for each account while there is still time.
Executive Assistant
It pulls from your CRM, inbox, calendar, and numbers overnight and writes the three things that actually need you today, with the context attached.
Content Writer
You talk for ten minutes. It returns posts, a newsletter, and a reel script that sound like you and reference what is happening in your business, ready to publish.
Business Analyst
The numbers assembled, the movements explained in words, the anomalies called out with a likely cause, in your inbox on the first of the month.
Recruiting Coordinator
Every applicant weighed against your own rubric, ranked with the reasoning shown, the weak ones declined kindly, and the top few booked straight into your calendar.
These are examples, not a locked menu. The real list comes out of your own week, and it usually holds a role nobody thinks to ask for.
Tap the ones that jumped out, and we will tell you where to start.
Book the callEvery AI hire costs the same, so you can swap roles freely and nothing here is locked in.
Run like a bigger team
From one professional carrying too much to a fifty-person firm, the story is the same: more work worth doing than there are hours to do it, and hiring is a slow, expensive answer. This is the faster, cheaper way to add real capacity.

Find your world
Or hire for it
If your alternative is hiring, here is the math. Pick the role you were about to post, and we put what that hire costs next to the AI hire that fills the same role. Every AI hire is the same price, whatever the role.
Any role is the same price. The $500 covers setup and your first month. The first $250 is charged automatically 30 days after you start, then monthly.
Base pay. We add 30% for taxes, benefits, and equipment.
A few weeks of that one salary cover the AI hire's whole first year. After that it is $3,000 a year to keep running, against $58,500 for the hire, every year. It runs the role day to day and brings you only the decisions, so your team stays on the work that needs a person.
List prices, not a quote. Your ranked plan is free after a 20-minute call. Most clients start with two or three AI hires together, which takes 10 to 15% off both the start fee and the monthly shown here.

Not every hire you are weighing is someone else's. If the person you want to invest in is you, the same machinery does something different: it makes your work sharper and your impact impossible to miss.
The first one we built
A senior copywriter on a promotion track, given seven AI hires. A coaching half that sharpens the work as it happens: tone, craft, the creative reach, and the hard conversations rehearsed before they happen. A leverage half that drafts in her exact voice and keeps a running record of every win, ready to become the promotion case on demand.

Talk it through or dump your notes, and it hands back the doc, email, or deck already most of the way there and sounding like you. It learns from every edit you make.
Personal
Rehearse the pitch, the review, the pushback out loud. It presses on the weak spots and sharpens your thinking before you walk in, not after.
Personal
It logs the evidence quietly all year, then assembles the self-review, the quarterly recap, or the case for a bigger role whenever you need it.
Same build, same monthly, same twenty-minute call. The only difference is who the work is for.
How it goes
Twenty minutes on a call, then a written plan two days later: where your hours actually go, the roles worth filling, ranked, with the payback on each. No charge for it, and it is yours whether or not you build anything.
Something useful is running in your inbox within the first two to three weeks. Everything that sends outside the company runs in draft mode first, where you read every message before it goes anywhere. Nothing goes live until you have said so, one AI hire at a time.
Daily health checks, failures fixed inside a business day, and platform changes absorbed before you notice them. On Core and Fleet teams, after six months on the plan, a new duty or a whole new AI hire every year, included, so the team keeps growing instead of aging.
The part most people get wrong
Plenty of agencies lock you in and leave you nothing to show for it. That is a business model, and it is not this one.
Where this comes from
We run a healthcare company where AI hires fill the back-office roles: sales follow-up, reporting, reminders, accounting prep, and most of the marketing. They run every day without anyone touching them.
Mark Fachler, founder
Everything on this page is something we have already built, broken, fixed, and left running in production. That is a different thing from a consultant who has read about it.
Next step
Bring the role you were about to post and a rough sense of where the week goes. If there is no role worth filling we will tell you on the call, and it will have cost you twenty minutes.
