The first month is the trialThere is no separate trial. If after 30 days it is not earning its keep, cancel, and you have spent $500. In the first week your AI hire drafts and you correct it, and nothing is sent. After that it works live. Your first AI hire is live within two to three weeks of the start payment.
We book a day-30 review when it goes live, so you decide with real numbers in front of you. Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next charge; your AI hire keeps working until the end of the month you've already paid for. The $500 start fee and payments already made are non-refundable. Book a call.

It starts 30 days after you start and covers hosting, a daily check on every hire, failures fixed within one business day, model and tool changes absorbed, upgrades as the models improve, a monthly report of what ran and what it saved, and up to two hours of small changes a month.
Cancel anytime. No minimum term. Cancelling stops the next charge; your AI hire keeps working until the end of the month you've already paid for. The $500 start fee and payments already made are non-refundable. After that we switch your AI hire off and delete what it stored about you within 30 days.
Paid by card. The start payment when you sign, then the monthly, first charged automatically 30 days after you start, to the card saved at checkout. Any change of scope is quoted in writing before we do the work.
Your data, your accounts, always yours. If we ever stop operating, your monthly stops with us. Your email, CRM and files stay in your own accounts, and your AI hire connects to them, never the other way round. The AI hire itself is licensed to you while you subscribe.
What you pay directly. The Anthropic API account and any paid apps a hire needs are in your name and billed to you at cost, with nothing added. Your proposal estimates each one per hire. We build it, run it and keep improving it; hosting is already in your monthly.

Training is included. The first session is yours at no cost and we record it so new staff can watch it later. Extra sessions are $250 each.
Moving or growing. If you switch your CRM or email platform, moving your AI hires across is $1,000. A second location or entity is half the start fee and half the monthly per hire, with its own accounts and data.
The small print. Liability is capped at the fees paid in the last 12 months. We cannot warrant the uptime of other companies' software or every answer a model gives.
