Privacy Policy

Effective 3 November 2026.

Zero Hired builds and runs AI hires for small businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Zero Hired is operated by Mark Fachler as a sole proprietorship based in Los Angeles, California. Questions go to [email protected].

What we collect

• When you book or write to us: your name, email, company and anything you choose to tell us. Bookings run through Cal.com and email through Google Workspace.
• When you pay: your billing name, email and business name. Card and bank details are entered with Stripe and never reach us.
• When you visit the site: anonymous, aggregated page counts from Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not identify you.
• Business outreach: we may contact businesses using professional contact details (name, work email, company, role) from public sources and business data providers. Every message offers a way to opt out, and we honor it.

If you are a client

Your AI hires run on your own accounts: your AI provider account, your email, your apps. The information they handle stays in those accounts, and you can see and remove it at any time. During setup, the keys you enter at setup.zerohired.com are checked and passed straight into your own accounts; we do not keep a copy. We access your data only to build, run, fix and improve the AI hires you asked for.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking pixels, so there is nothing to consent to. The booking calendar on our booking page is provided by Cal.com and may set cookies it needs to work; see Cal.com's privacy policy.

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule calls and send proposals.
• To deliver, support and bill for the services you sign up for.
• To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who helps us

We rely on service providers that process information on our behalf: Google Workspace (email), Cal.com (scheduling), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Resend (setup emails), GitHub and Railway (running AI hires), and AI model providers such as Anthropic. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and client records while we work together and for as long as tax and legal records require after that. Outreach contacts who opt out are kept only on a do-not-contact list so we never write again.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will not treat you differently for using them. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Security

We use reputable providers, two-factor sign-in and limited access. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects your information we will tell you promptly.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Significant changes to how client data is handled will be emailed to clients first.
