These terms cover your use of zerohired.com. Zero Hired is operated by Mark Fachler as a sole proprietorship based in Los Angeles, California. If you hire us, the signed services agreement governs that work, and it wins wherever it differs from these terms.
You may browse, share and link to the site. Please do not copy it wholesale, scrape it, try to break it, or use it to misrepresent Zero Hired.
Calculators, payback figures, demos and case studies on the site are illustrations. Your actual results depend on your business. Prices shown are current list prices and may change; the price in your signed proposal is the one that applies to you.
The site's text, design, videos, the Zero Hired name and the wordmark belong to Zero Hired. Names of other companies and products belong to their owners.
We link to services such as Cal.com and Stripe. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise it is error-free or always online.
To the extent the law allows, Zero Hired is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of California, and disputes go to the courts of Los Angeles County.
